Take the SEALS Challenge

Are you Navy SEALS material?  Take the challenge and find out on September 6th at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

"The full challenge -- push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, a 500-yard swim and a 1.5-mile run -- is identical to the physical screening SEAL hopefuls must pass before being admitted to boot camp."

I don't think the SEALS have a "geezer brigade" but it'd still be cool to test myself against their basic requirements.
