According to the New York Times, there are 11 foods you should be eating but probably aren't:
- Beets...ok.
- Cabbage...yum.
- Swiss Chard...dunno.
- Cinnamon...in my hot chocolate!
- Pomegranate Juice...expensive.
- Dried Plums...aren't they prunes?
- Pumpkin Seeds...got 'em.
- Sardines...blech.
- Turmeric...maybe I'll put it on the sardines.
- Frozen Blueberries...got 'em. Fresh ones, too.
- Canned Pumpkin...who knew it was good for something besides pie?
