Red Sky At Night...

The aforementioned impending stormitude has moved on and should now be impending on someone else's pointy head...Detroit Red Wing fans, I think. Too bad for them.

It's turned into a nice sunny, sultry evening in the Great Suburban Outback. I'm freshly returned from a 40 minute, heat-soaked run, somewhere between 3 and 4 miles (oh hell, let's say 4 miles) of the GSO's finest, deserted country byways. 129 avg HR, 34 minutes in my training zone. High cadence - 21 right foot falls in 15 seconds. Proud form. Working on staying flexible and arm follow-through.

Big hairy deal. Aren't you tired of sweaty training reports yet? I am. I'm gonna go back to putting 'em on Twitter. The succincter the better, I always say.
