- Monday: Bike 1:00
- Tuesday: Strength 1:15; Run 0:45
- Wednesday: Swim 1:00 (2,550)
- Thursday: Bike 1:00; Run 0:30
- Friday: Strength 1:15; Run 1:00
- Saturday: Bike 2:00
- Sunday: Run 1:20; Swim 1:00 (2,500)
Last week was the first week in months that I got all the scheduled workouts in, even adding an extra spin class. We'll see how this week goes.
