Training Schedule for January 23-29, 2006

This is week #2 of Base 1. Total training hours are at 11:05.

  • Monday: Bike 1:00
  • Tuesday: Strength 1:15; Run 0:45
  • Wednesday: Swim 1:00 (2,550)
  • Thursday: Bike 1:00; Run 0:30
  • Friday: Strength 1:15; Run 1:00
  • Saturday: Bike 2:00
  • Sunday: Run 1:20; Swim 1:00 (2,500)

Last week was the first week in months that I got all the scheduled workouts in, even adding an extra spin class. We'll see how this week goes.
