This is week #1 of Base 1. Total training hours are at 8:40.
- Monday: Day off.
- Tuesday: Run 1:00; Bike 1:00
- Wednesday: Strength 1:00
- Thursday: Run 0:40; Swim 1:00
- Friday: Run 0:30
- Saturday: Bike 2:00
- Sunday: Run 1:15; Swim 1:15
Tuesday's bike session (a spin class) was extra. Sunday's swim is a group swim with a number of CoachKaryn's clients. I'm sure I'll return with lots of drills to do.
