Just got home and desperately need a nap, but first I gotta tell ya that my unofficial time in this 1,000M swim/40K bike/10K run event was 2:17. AND I GOT FIRST PLACE IN MY AGE GROUP! A TROPHY AND EVERYTHING!
Good swim, rockin' transitions, and both the bike and run were very close to last week's effort in Chicago even though today's run was rumored to be .5 mile too long. More later...
