Another voice is joining Vertical Man and Intrepid Training Partner on the Life Is A Tri blogging team. Karyn, trainer and coach extraordinaire will be offering training and racing advice on a regular basis. Karyn is my triathlon coach and all I need to say is that I never had a top-10 finish, let alone a podium finish, before I started working with her. Enjoy!
