A Training We Will Go... (3/22/05)

Another two-a-day day: 60 minutes of running and a 30 minute recovery bike ride.

The run: 60 minutes and 7+ miles with 6X3 minute intervals (3 minute recovery) at something between my half-marathon pace and all-out. The last 3 minutes was supposed to be all-out but I pooped out 30 seconds early. Ah, well.

Home for an easy 30-minute recovery spin on the trainer accompanied by Pat Metheny's "As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls." It's a little contemplative for uptempo training but perfect for a laid-back recovery spin.
