Hi I just found your blog, and have enjoyed reading some of your articles. The coffee article really hits home to me. In the winter I run after my morning coffee about 7.30 am and usually have tons of energy. In the summer I run at 5.30 am when it's cool and before I have coffee. I find I just drag myself along. My pace is slower too and thoughts of turning around enter my head. Thanks
