According to a recent research report, happiness is negatively correlated with TV-watching, meaning (if I remember my correlations correctly) the less you watch the happier you are.
So get off the couch and go for a run. Me? I'm gonna go play in 10" of lake-effect snow with Camden the Wonder Dog.
