"Good Food Yields Great Erections"

Now there’s a headline destined to, er, grab you. It’s what happens when Lance Armstrong’s coach diversifies in the post-Armstrong era, from the NY Times (free registration required.)

Training Today: No yoga class tonight, so it’s a long run and a short strength workout. Yoga picks up again next week. I’ll also get some drum practice in tonight.

Question of the day: IS IT BETTER TO BE SINGLE OR MARRIED? It's better for girls to be single but not for boys. Boys need someone to clean up after them. -- Anita, age 9

Word of the Day: Giraffiti: Vandalism spray-painted very, very high.

Quote of the Day: “Often we can achieve an even better result when we stumble yet are willing to start over, when we don't give up after a mistake, when something doesn't come easily but we throw ourselves into trying, when we're not afraid to appear less than perfectly polished.” (Courtesy of the Quotations Page)
Sharon Salzberg, O Magazine, The Power of Intention, January 2004

iPod Shuffle: “Sugar Daddy” by Laika, from “Lost In Space, Vol. 1.” Hip-hop meets jazz and spawns electronica. Hmmm. Not entirely convinced.

Web site of the day:
http://www.sellaband.com/ An explosive new concept in finding, promoting and sharing in the success of new music. Check out Second Person.

Well, the NYT did quote someone else who said that was bunk :-)
Nevertheless, I've always thought that intuitively, anything that improves cardiovascular health (losing weight, getting more fit) probably would improve erections - after all, it's all about blood flow, isn't it?

Had a look at Sellaband, love this Second Person band. Why are they not signed yet?
