- Monday: Run 0:36; Strength 1:00
- Tuesday: Run (hills) 1:00; Bike 1:00
- Wednesday: Swim 1:15 (3x1,000)
- Thursday: Run 1:00; Bike (BT) 1:30
- Friday: Swim 1:00
- Saturday: Run (BT) 1:30
- Sunday: Bike (BT) 2:30
Workouts labeled 'BT' are Breakthrough workouts, designed to take my training to some new level and keep it there. Thursday's bike includes 5x6 tempo intervals in HR Zone 3. Saturday's run is a 10-mile negative split run. Capping off the training week, Sunday's bike is a 2:30 -3:00 hour effort at a steady 20 beats below my Zone 5a HR.
