Yes I did vote in the Great Suburban Outback's primary election yesterday, thanks for asking.
My choice for gubernatorial nominee endeared herself (to me at least) by calling her opponents "morons." She was generally right, though she ended up apologizing. I'm betting her fingers were crossed behind her back.
And as usual, Chicago elections (or Cook County in this case) always provide plenty of good, (semi)clean entertainment. The probable winner of one Democratic primary race was disabled by a stroke several weeks ago, a tragic event that only seemed to energize his campaign. Go figure.
Off to the bike trainer for 2 hours...

Is the Daley family still going strong out there with the dead since '98 voters somehow making it too the booths?
Gotta love honesty. The democratic process is like a soap opera - you hate to watch it, but you can't help but wonder what's going to happen next.
