Training Schedule for August 8-14, 2005

This is Week #1 of Build 2. Total training hourse are 6:30. It's a week to continue recovery from Steelhead while beginning to build intensity for the Accenture Chicago Olympic-distance tri in three weeks.

  • Monday: Bike 1:00
  • Tuesday: Swim 1:00 (2,400)
  • Wednesday: Bike 1:00
  • Thursday: Run 0:30
  • Friday: Day Off
  • Saturday: Bike 2:00
  • Sunday: Run 1:00

All workouts are easy, Zone 1 and 2 efforts with the exception of Saturday's bike which includes 5X6 minute tempo intervals. I may sneak an extra swim in there somewhere too.
