Karyn had 7 training clients (trainees??) racing in July 24's Racine (WI) half-Ironman, a day when temps hit 102 degrees. DNFs littered the field and walkers significantly outnumbered runners among those who persevered.
All 7 finished the race on a tough, tough day. Congratulations to them, and to Karyn for preparing them to race in conditions that I can only imagine. They've set the bar pretty high for me!
