A Picture Is Worth...A Trainer?

The photos of last week's Optimist Sprint Tri had an interesting (and unintended) side effect: a message from Karyn telling me that it looks like I've reverted to a longstanding bad habit of running with my arms in a fixed position, more or less. She's drilled into my head that pumping your arms leads to lots of good things: better breathing and more speed to name two. But despite all that well-intentioned nagging, she's probably right; I have reverted. Arrgghh.

You know, things really are easier when you're doing them correctly. Arrgghh.
