I just discovered that TrainingPeaks.com - the software that Karyn uses to plan and track my workouts - keeps a running year-to-date total. I've logged 66,750 swim yards, 850 biking miles and 260 running miles since we began working together in February. Probably not a lot to some of you out there, but suddenly I'm very, very tired.
