A: When you do a 45-minute, zone 1-2 run and it feels like a day off.

Though's there's finally a hint of spring in the air, I thought I'd get today's run in before the Weather Geek's forecasted snow/rain/sleet/fog closes in. Looks like I just made it. The Great Suburban Outback is fast becoming the Big Tease.
