Not feeling well today. Still (and somewhat against my better judgement) I got on the trainer for some high-RPM intervals. I took the recoveries REALLY slow. I also did some isolated leg spinning (right leg works while the left leg goofs off and vice-versa.) Man, I could not wait for the clock to hit 60 minutes.
Totally skipped the plyometric strength workout. Yeah, I know I'll pay for it later this summer. Probably about mile 10 in my half-IM. I'll deal with it then, thank you very much.
No music to rant or rave about. Wow, I must be sick. Later.
