Question of the day: what's the difference between health and wellness?
My answer: though the two terms are used somewhat interchangeably, health usually refers to the technical absence of disease, while wellness refers to a more positive, active state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual richness.
Under this definition, you can be healthy but not well. Hmmm. I think I'll go for a run.

Running is good...so is being still...timing enters into this...when to run and when to be still. Work hard, play hard, eat well, sleep well. You go VM!
