On the Shores Of Gitchee-Gumee

Great 2-hr bike ride yesterday through northeast Indiana's sleepy Lake Michigan-hugging towns and state parks. Rain showers lurked from a distance most of the ride, and finally moved in to wash off the sweat just as the car hove into sight.

This morning it's a yoga wake-up session, 30 minutes of upper-body strength stuff and a recovery run. And a hot-tub contemplation session. Maybe a short swim just cuz I can. Oh yeah, I gotta get some work in there somewhere, too. Maybe some fishing. It's Monday ya know.
