StatCounter tells me that there was a spike (well, relatively speaking) in traffic this past Monday from Great Plains locations and ISPs. Lots of new readers and many returning lurkers, all spending lots of time on Life Is A Tri. Hmmm. Since I haven't been posting 'em, it can't be a sudden spike in interest in my latest weekly workout schedule from CoachKaryn, can it?
