That WAS an interesting article...although somewhat depressing for me. Running has always been my weak link...seems like every time I try to do speed work to get a little faster, or try to train for a longer event like a marathon, I get injured. So, I think for me first thing has to be to get my weight down...and then perhaps my body will be able to tolerate more/faster running. Thanks for the link.
