  • Tuesday: Run 0:50; Strength 1:30
  • Wednesday: Bike 1:30
  • Thursday: Run 1:00; Swim 1:00
  • Friday: Strength 1:15; Swim 1:00
  • Saturday: Bike 2:15
  • Sunday: Run 1:30
