Training Schedule For July 11-17, 2005

This is Week #4 of Build 2. Total training hours are at 13:50.

  • Monday: Day off for active recovery.
  • Tuesday: Swim 0:45 (open water); Brick 3:35
  • Wednesday: Bike 1:00; Swim 0:45 (open water)
  • Thursday: Run 0:45; Strength 0:30
  • Friday: Run 1:00
  • Saturday: Bike 4:00
  • Sunday: Run 0:30; Swim 1:00 (3,000)

Wil, Shelley and I are tackling Steelhead on Tuesday: swimming the 1.2, biking the 56 and running for 30 minutes, however far that gets us. Karyn is organizing Wednesday's open water swim for her training clients at a local swimmin' hole. We'll get tips on form and sighting, and maybe a videotape so we have something to laugh at in our declining years.
