This is week 2 of build 2. Total training hours are 10:25
- Monday: Swim 1:00 (2,700); Run :40
- Tuesday: Bike 1:00; Strength :45
- Wednesday: Run 1:00; Swim 1:00 (2,650)
- Thursday: Run :45; Bike 1:00
- Friday: Bike 1:00
- Saturday: Yoga/stretching :45; Swim :45
- Sunday: Race: Downers Grove (IL) 10 mile; Swim :45
Hopefully, this is the week I return to being a pain in the ass in life and not on the bike. Tuesday's ride calls for some isolated leg training to build strength, otherwise the workouts are fairly routine. Oh yeah, there's a race on Sunday: a 10-mile run hosted by a local park district.
