Saturday's Workout (2/12/05)

Go ahead and say it. I have no social life, otherwise why would I be (alone) in Lifetime's pool at 9:00 P.M. on a Saturday night? 2200 meters, various drills, some of which helped and several that set me back a month, pissed me off and pulled a shoulder muscle.

Earlier, a 90-minute bike ride with 6 X 5 minute 100+ rpm intervals with 2-3 minute rests between. 90+ rpm's isn't seeming so radical these days. Maybe 'ol Lance is on to something.

Tomorrow is a 65 minute run.
