Busted!

Ohmanohmanohmanohman. I am so screwed. The following e-mail arrived last night as proof that ITP is holding my metaphorical feet to the wager-fed fires of skydiving hell:

"Per your blog about our deal, let's paint a clearer picture here. First off, that...deal with several witnesses present was made in January of 2004. At that time I was nowhere near any tri finish line, as an athlete OR a spectator. I hadn't even seen a race before. Second, the furthest distance I had ever run at that moment in time was a 5K --- and that ONE race was a struggle. I hadn't owned a bike in 20 years (maybe more). Swimming? "Fifteen minutes and $120 for a tandem skydive? Strapped to an instructor who does all the work? Meat on a stick, my friend. Who got the easy end of this deal? The debate continues ..."

Well, no, the debate does not continue. In fact, the debate seems pretty over to me, and the winner goes by the initials I-T-P. Ohmanohmanohmanohman. I am so screwed.

If you can go from FREAKED about swimming in Lake Michigan for 1.2 miles to totally rocking the Steelhead race you can do this.
